Emotions are high!

Last Tuesday morning, after  joint consideration by all of the members of the “B” Board, Bob Levy of the “A” Board and GM Rob James, it was announced that David Wilson is no longer the Manager of our Food and Catering operation known as the Fore Seasons and the 19th Hole. You can see the carefully worded announcements on page B 1 of this paper, one from the “B” Board and one from GM Rob James.
 

The matter of what to do about the steady $30,000 average monthly losses had caused the situation to be looked at and discussed by not only the “B” Board but also the Restaurant Work Group for many months. Many suggestions were made thru Rob to David, but the losses continued to mount and since David had been the manager since opening, he bore the responsibility. Some, including myself, feel that Rob should share some of the blame, maybe all of it, but that was not the way things shook out this time around.
 

Two of your fellow property owners, with extensive food experience, have volunteered their services to temporarily fill the breach for virtually no pay. Jon Livingston and Ron Dinoto are acting as joint temporary managers reporting to Rob while the search goes on for a permanent manager. Both should be supported as they are helping us, as property owners, to get this situation under control. Seek them out and thank them for their contributions to the cause. W.C.
