Pavilion

Meeting
in
regular
session
at 4:00
PM on
Tuesday

2, 2007,
the HCDC
was
called
to
order
and past
minutes
were
approved
as read.
All
Board
Members
were
present.
Frank
Rucker
said he
was
finishing
up on a
new
sound
system
for the
Pavilion
and
expected
the cost
to be in
the
range of
$2,500.
Rucker
also
voluntered
to
acquire
Christmas
decorations
and
lights
for the
park
working
under a
Marketing
&
Promotion
Budget
of up to
$2,700.
The
Board
approved
payment
of
invoice
for
inspection
of light
poles at
baseball
park (26
in all)
of
$7,155
which
was
offset
by a
HYSI
donation
of
$4,880
leaving
a net
cost to
HCDC of
$2,275.
The
monthly
payment
of
$4,147.48
on the
Bank
Note was
made
leaving
a
balance
of
$48,256.12.
