Ranch
members
have
received
a ballot
for a
referendum
on the
future
of food
services
operations
at the
Ranch.
The vote
has been
initiated
by the
administration
and the
elected
B-Board
members
and
presents
three
distinct
choices
for
members.
One
choice
is:
Retain
full
food
services
operations
at the
“19th
Hole”
and the
“Fore
Seasons”
under
the
direction
of an
outside
management
firm
with a
monthly
food
credit
charge
of $20
($12 for
singles,
widows
and
widowers)
per
member.
The
second
choice
is:
Retain
limited
food
service
operations
at the
“19th
Hole”
under
the
direction
of an
outside
management
firm
with a
monthly
food
credit
of $10
($6 for
singles,
widows
and
widowers)
per
member.
The
third
choice
is: Shut
down all
food
services
and
continue
only
necessary
expenses
such as
bank
notes,
taxes,
insurance,
utilities
and
maintenance
at a
cost of
approximately
$5.77
per
month
from
each
member’s
dues.
Should
voters
choose
either
of the
first
two
choices,
the food
charges
will
take the
form of
an
assessment
and be
billed
on your
monthly
dues
statement.
Members
will
then
receive
a credit
for food
purchases.
Any
purchases
exceeding
the
credit
will be
billed
with the
regular
dues
statement.
Voters
must
print
their
name,
section
and lot
number
on the
completed
ballot.
The
ballots
are to
be
mailed
to PO
Box
1157,
Holly
Lake
Ranch,
TX 75765
and
received
by
Tuesday,
November
20.
