12th:
Deputy
Rusty
Owens
was
dispatched
to FM 49
and FM
778 in
Hainesville
with
regard
to a
report
of
someone
stealing
copper
wire.
The
subject
was
found on
site and
identified
as
Edward
Chadbourne,
44. He
was
found in
possession
of the
copper
wire.
Chadbourne
was
arrested
and
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail.
Dec.
11th:
Deputy
Nathan
Adams
was
dispatched
to 139
FM 564
with
regard
to a
burglary.
Some
unknown
person(s)
had
burglarized
a
storage
building.
The
deputy
found 13
more
units
that had
been
burglarized.
Some
crime
scene
evidence
was
found
and the
investigation
is
continuing.
On the
same
date,
Deputy
Adams
took a
burglary
report
from
6153 FM
14. Some
unknown
person(s)
entered
the
residence
and
stole a
TV. The
investigation
is
continuing.
Also on
this
date,
Deputy
Adams to
a
criminal
mischief
report
at 3143
CR 3420.
Some
unknown
person(s)
had shot
out a
window
on a
residence
that was
under
construction.
The
investigation
is
ongoing.
On the
same
date,
Deputy
Adams
took a
report
of a
burglary
of a
vehicle
from
2230 PR
8692. A
purse
that had
been
left in
a
vehicle
was
stolen.
There
was no
forced
entry
into the
vehicle
and the
investigation
is
continuing.
Finally,
on this
date,
Deputy
Adams
was
dispatched
to 485
east FM
564 with
regard
to a
burglary
of a
building.
Some
unknown
person(s)
broke
into a
metal
building
and
stole a
welder
and an
air
compressor.
The
investigation
is
continuing.
Dec.
10th:
Deputy
Adams
took a
theft
report
from FM
1795 and
CR 3500.
Some
unknown
person(s)
stole 66
joints
and
casings
from a
drilling
site.
The
investigation
is
continuing.
Dec.
9th:
Sgt.
Jacob
Richardson
was on
patrol
on CR
2263
when he
saw a
vehicle
fail to
use a
turn
signal.
The
driver
was
identified
as Jose
Carden
Lujo,
18. Lujo
did not
have a
driver’s
license
nor did
he have
insurance
for his
vehicle.
Lujo was
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail.
Dec.
8th:
Sgt.
Michael
Taylor
and
Deputy
Michael
Johnson
were
dispatched
to CR
4750 in
Winnsboro
with
regard
to
possible
copper
thefts.
A
suspect
was
located
and
identified
as John
Patrick
Huggins,
41.
Huggins
was
caught
stealing
copper
wire
from a
residence.
He was
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail and
charged
with
theft.
On the
same
date,
Cpl.
Robert
Holland
responded
to 4600
Hwy 69
to
Kelly’s
Corner
convenience
store
with
regard
to a
report
of
criminal
mischief.
Tamara
Nicole
Curry,
23,
stated
that a
window
was
damaged
on her
vehicle.
During
the
investigation,
the
deputy
found
Curry to
be
intoxicated.
Curry
was
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail and
was also
found to
be in
possession
of
dangerous
drugs.
Dec.
7th:
Sgt.
Michael
Taylor
served a
felony
warrant
for
Sandra
Kay
Henson
at 748
CR 4510
in
Winnsboro.
Henson
fled on
foot
from
deputies
but was
apprehended
a short
time
later by
Deputy
Rusty
Owens.
She was
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail.
On the
same
date,
Deputy
Timothy
Baucom
responded
to a
report
of a
found
horse at
620 CR
4460 in
Winnsboro.
Some
unknown
person(s)
had left
a
Palomino
horse in
someone’s
pasture.
Dec.
6th:
Cpl.
Michael
Wood
answered
a
disturbance
call
involving
a
firearm
at 957
CR 3950.
Jimmy
Clifton
Phillips,
39, was
arrested
for
deadly
conduct
and
family
violence.
He was
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail.

High
School
with
regard
to a
theft.
Some
unknown
person(s)
had
removed
a wacker
packer
from the
construction
site.
The
value of
the
missing
item is
estimated
at
$2,800.
The
investigation
is
continuing.
On the
same
date,
Sgt.
Jacob
Richardson
took a
report
of a
theft
occurring
in the
area of
9092 FM
779 in
Alba.
There
was a
report
of a
suspicious
vehicle
in the
area at
the time
the
power
went out
in the
area. It
was
reported
that
some
unknown
person(s)
stole
some
copper
wire.
There
are
possible
suspect(s)
as a
result
of the
alert
caller
and the
investigation
is
continuing.

Sgt.
Jacob

was
patrolling
in the
area of
Hwy 80
when he
observed
a
vehicle
speeding.
The
driver
of the
vehicle
was
identified
as Luis
Daniel
Jimenez,
21.
Jimenez
was
arrested
for
having
no
driver’s
license
and
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail.
Dec.
2nd:
Sgt.
Randal
Lain Jr.
was
patrolling
in the
area of
Hwy 80
near CR
3425 in
Hawkins
when he
observed
a
vehicle
parked
in the
middle
of the
roadway.
The
driver
was
identified
as April
P.
Owens,
29.
Owens
was
intoxicated
and was
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail.
On the
same
date,
Deputy
Richard
Parrish
and Sgt.
Mark
Miller
were
dispatched
to Hwy
80 at CR
2740 on
a report
of a
burglary
of a
residence
in
progress.
The
Mineola
police
were the
first to
respond
to the
scene.
Two
suspects
were
founds
at the
scene.
They are
Melissa
C. Seay,
39, and
Francis
D.
Clark,
45. Both
were
arrested
and
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail.
The
property
taken
was
recovered.
Also on
this
date,
Deputy
Misty
Burns
took a
report
of the
burglary
of a
building
at 2272
FM 2225
in
Quitman.
Some
unknown
person(s)
took
four
ground
chains
which
are
valued
at
$1,500.
The
investigation
is
continuing.
Dec.
1st:
Sgt.
Randal
Lain Jr.
stopped
a
vehicle
for
parking
in the
middle
of the
roadway
and
failing
to use
their
turn
signal.
The
driver
of the
vehicle
was
identified
as Jason
Scoot
Osburn,
35.
Osburn
was
intoxicated
and did
not have
a
driver’s
license.
He was
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail for
failure
to
display
a
driver’s
license.
On the
same
date,
Sgt.
Lain was
dispatched
to FM 17
and FM
515 with
regard
to a
report
of
intoxicated
females
standing
by a
vehicle.
The
females
were
identified
as
Pamela
Parmley,
54, and
Jaqueline
Boykin,
40.
Parmley
was
arrested
for
public
intoxication,
possession
of drug
paraphernalia
and
outstanding
warrants.
Boykin
was
arrested
for
public
intoxication.
Also on
this
date,
Deputy
Misty
Burns
took a
theft
report
from
1792 Hwy
154 at
Pioneer
Explorations.
Two
motors
were
stolen
from the
pump
jacks.
The
value of
these
motors
is
approximately
$15,000.

On this
same
date,
Sgt.
Lain
stopped
a
vehicle
for
speeding
in Hwy
154. The
driver
was
identified
as Corey
Bryant,
21, and
one of
the
passengers
was
identified
as Gary
Troy
Raymond,
22.
There
was an
open
container
in the
vehicle.
It was
found
that
Raymond
had a
concealed
handgun
license
which
was not
presented
to the
deputy.
There
were two
other
passengers
in the
vehicle.
They
were
identified
as
Anthony
Johnson,
20, and
Lemorris
Bryant,
21. It
appeared
that all
the
subjects
had been
drinking
alcohol.
There
was also
a 9mm
handgun
found in
the
vehicle.
Raymond,
the
holder
of the
concealed
handgun
permit,
was
intoxicated
and
taken to
the Wood
County
Jail.
Bryant
was also
arrested.
The
minor
was
issued a
citation
for
minor in
possession
of
alcohol
and
released.
Nov.
30th:
Deputy
Misty
Burns
took a
report
of a
burglary
of a
motor
vehicle
at 427
CR 2774
in
Mineola.
Some
unknown
person(s)
entered
a
vehicle
by
unlocking
a door
and had
stolen a
wallet.
Approximately
$700 in
cash was
taken.
