There is a quaint little subdivision sitting on the northwest side of Hawkins, Texas with a freshly painted Hawkins Hawks water tower overlooking this somewhat forgotten piece of tranquility.
"Point Heights Addition"
The Point Heights Addition was developed in 1966 by Mr. & Mrs. Point of Hawkins. Obviously they saw the beauty that this area truly exhibits. It is unknown as to why these lots have never been completely built out or finished. It might have been just the sign of the times or other factors such as Holly Lake Ranch. What an honor it is to be a part of what Mr. & Mrs. Point dreamed of for many years. It is sincerely believed that what is taking place will jumpstart the finish of an awesome inception to enhance Hawkins. We also hope this will honor Mr. and Mrs. Point and a history called "Points Heights Addition".
