An operating contract for Holly Lake Ranch's "Fore Seasons" and "19th Hole" food services operations has been successfully negotiated with Denail "Jimmy" Meta and Andy Asad. The two veteran resteraunteurs operate "A Taste of Italy on the Lake" at Lake Hawkins and "A Little Taste of Italy" in Mineola (currently undergoing repairs after a fire).
The one-year renewable contract was signed on October 17 and calls for regular full food service operations to begin no later than November 15. Both men said they are anxious to serve and satisfy Holly Lake people with a great menu in a beautiful facility within the Ranch.
