For the fourth year, a number of work groups are being formed by the B-Board to provide research, background and needed input for the board in implementing changes and improvements to all phases of Holly Lake Ranch operations.
The Work Group concept was first initiated in February 2006 when the B-Board sought volunteers among property owners. The concept has reaped many posititve developments for Holly Lake Ranch. And, the plan is to continue to identify those areas where the formation of such a group would serve the interests of the property owners.
In the past year there have been 8 work groups functioning, including three long established committees:
1.) The Architectural Control Committee
2.) The Greens Committee
3.) The Tennis Committee
4.) Bylaws, Rules & Regulations and Elections
5.) Roads & Public Works
6.) Administration & Finance
7.) Food Services/Fore Seasons & 19th Hole
8.) Fitness & Recreation
For 2009 the board anticipates adding a ninth Work Group, one that will concentrate on:
9.) Lakes, Fish & Wildlife.
Anyone interested in serving on this or any other of the Work Groups merely has to let a board member or General Manager Rob James know of their interest.
