Grand Jury returns
23 indictments
On April 16th, a Wood County Grand Jury returned a total of 23 indictments:
· James K. Adrian, Jr., of Alba for sexual assault of a child.
· Andy Dee Baker, for the burglary of a building with prior felony convictions.
· David Levern Boren, of Quitman, driving while intoxicated, third offense or more.
· Miranda Faye Collins, of Winnsboro, possession pf marijuana, over four ounces and under five pounds in a drug-free zone.
· Glen Roy Dickens, of Winnsboro, for DWI, third offense or more.
· Tammy Michele Foreman, of Pittsburg, Texas, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram with intent to deliver.
· Cynric Tyrone James, of Yantis, aggravated sexual assault of a child.
· Magan Leesa Kuhlenbeck, of Dallas, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Gary Eugene Mauney, of Mineola, two counts for possession of a controlled substance, under 28 grams in a drug-free zone.
· Dennis Chad Nichols, of Winnsboro, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram with intent to deliver.
· David Osornio, of Mineola, indecency with a child/sexual contact.
· Amanda Suzanne Roberts, of Mineola, possession of a controlled substance, under one gram.
· Gregory Joseph Roebuck, of Winnsboro, two counts for possession of a controlled substance, under one gram with intent to deliver in a drug-free zone.
· Donald Ray Seats, of Quitman, DWI, third offense or more.
· Oscar Andrew Vela, of Flint, Texas, sexual assault of a child.
