Cabaret opens in Winnsboro
WINNSBORO, TEXAS-"Cabaret" is opening this Saturday night, 7:00pm at the Winnsboro Center for the Arts on historic Market Street in downtown Winnsboro. Patrons may want to come have an early dinner at one of our #1-ranked restaurants (in the annual County Line reader survey) and then join us for a great musical evening of locally talented artists-volunteers who are dedicated to help preserve the live performing arts in East Texas.
Tickets ($10 adults, $5 seniors and students) are on sale now at the following locations: Brewbaker's (Winnsboro Bakery), Chamber of Commerce, Copper Leaf Spa, Slender Lady, Something Like Home Café and the WCA or call 903-638-1960.
"Cabaret" begins with a vaudeville act by English artist Grahame Hopkins, followed by our own Jessica Faltot performing her own version of "Cabaret." Joe Wayne Reynolds hosts the event with his own, unique brand of humor. Featured artists include: Cleta Ruth Allen, Jennifer Bowman, Stephanie Hamilton, Grahame Hopkins, Mike & Shannon Monk, Rebecca Ratliffe, Matt Robinson, Mia Tallant, Nick Tallant, Leah Tuskey, Trio Maryann Miller, Paul Miller & Dany Russell, and "KMG" Kevin Tinney, Mia Tallant & Gus Gustafson.
