editorial photo.jpgCAN THE DEMOCRATIC JUGGERNAUT BE SLOWED?
The logical answer is yes, if some sort of a "divide" in that party can be accomplished. Such a division is beginning to open as the ultra liberal base begins to look closely at Obama's use of Bush tactics, such as the deadly Drone attacks on al-Qaeda across the border into Pakistan and the giant surge of American troops into Afghanistan and, of course, the delays in getting out of Iraq.
By properly using these three points, the "talk radio" guys could blow this thing wide open.
These two comments from the New York Times say even more.
New York Times recent news quote...
U.S. officials say they are seeing the first evidence that dozens of fighters with al-Qaida are moving to Somalia and Yemen from their principal haven in Pakistan's tribal areas.
The Times went on to say in the same story...
Some aides to Obama attribute the moves to pressure from the savage Drone attacks against al-Qaedo operatives in Pakistan.
The proper way for Rush and Hannity to widen this divide would be to complement Obama for continuing Bush's tactics to kill our enemies. This would drive his base "up the wall" and the result would be a slowing of his domestic agenda that is so harmful to our country. W.C.

Here is a profound short little paragraph that talks about the GOP's problems with the DEMO domestic agenda.
"You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it." Adrian Rogers, 1931 Forwarded to Gazette by Vic Pell, Holly Lake Ranch.
